We are SO excited for our first meet of the season on Thursday, 5/28 at Inverness! We’re kicking off the season with a Hawaiian theme, so break out your leis, tropical shirts, and island spirit! 🌺☀️

Schedule:
Swimmers please arrive by 4:30 pm. Warm-ups will be from 5:00pm–5:30 pm. Meet begins at 5:30 pm.

Volunteers:

Check in with our Volunteer Coordinators when you arrive. Timers will have a mandatory Timer Meeting at 5:20 pm led by the ASA Referee.

Parking:
Parking is limited. Once the lot is full, families may park along the right side of the road throughout the neighborhood. There will be signs indicating no parking on the left-hand side. Please do not to park on lawns or block resident mailboxes.

Bullpens:
Visitor bullpens will be set up on Tennis Court #1, next to the playground.

Concessions:
The “Stingray Cafe” will be open in the clubhouse with drinks, candy, pizza, hot dogs, buttered noodles, popcorn, and more. COME HUNGRY! They come accept cash and Venmo.

Spectator Seating:

Parents are welcome to bring chairs and sit anywhere space is available around the pool deck.

Please note: the kiddie pool will be closed for the duration of the meet.

Severe Weather Policy: Thunder & Lightning:

In the event of thunder or lightning, the meet will be paused for the safety of all swimmers, families, and volunteers. Because clubhouse space is limited, swimmers and parents should seek shelter in their vehicles until the coaches and referee give the all-clear to resume. Fingers crossed for no rain! Do not leave unless the meet has been called by the official. We will keep everyone undated through GroupMe.
