Team Barracudas,

We have made the decision to switch to a new swimsuit with enough inventory to outfit the entire team. The new suit is: Nike HydraStrong Water Stripe in “Blue Green.” Kiefer is offering us a discount on the Nike suits, matching pricing of what we previously chose to give us a comparable option.

For your convenience, Kiefer Aquatics will be on site at the Edenwilde pool for one day during practice for an exchange/purchase event to exchange any unworn suits already purchased and to sell new to anyone who still needs a suit. That date will be communicated ASAP once Kiefer receives the inventory. (Hoping during the week of May 11th.)

ACTION REQUESTED:

Please take your swimmer(s) to Kiefer Aquatics anytime between now and May 11th to get sized in the new Nike suit. This will significantly help cut down the number of swimmers needing to try on the suits at our pool. If you are unable to purchase the new suit on the day Kiefer comes to our pool, you may still go to the store to get sized/buy the suits after the exchange/purchase event.

We intend to stick with this suit for the 2026 and 2027 season, similar to the two-year pattern our team has followed for years. (For anyone who has already purchased, it is optional for you to switch to the new suit, although recommended.)

We recognize this is frustrating for everyone and appreciate your patience and partnership throughout this process!
