8:00 – 8:45 am 9/10

8:45 – 9:30 am 7/8

9:30 – 10:00 am 6U

10:00 – 10:45 am 11+

No practice on Monday, enjoy your holiday weekend. We will see you on Tuesday morning. Evening practices also begin Tuesday. You must have signed-up for a spot in order to attending evening practices. If you have a evening practice spot and cannot attend, please let us know asap so that we can fill it with someone else.

First Swim Meet – Thursday, May 29

Please declare or undeclare your swimmers as soon as possible!!

If you do not declare your swimmer, we will assume they are not swimming and will not be included in the line-up. Meet sign-ups will close on Monday evening at 11:30 pm. This will give Coach Addison enough time to complete the line-up. After Monday evening, you will need to contact Coach Addison directly to make any changes.

Remember that you MUST volunteer if you have a swimmer in the meet. We need all the help we can get. Please sign-up for you spot as soon as possible.
