Hi Parents! 

This email contains a lot of important information for this week. Please read to the bottom.

It's time to declare your swimmer for the Championship meet at GA Tech. We need to submit the number of swimmers by this Friday. If you have questions about this meet, please reach out to Addison, Stephany or myself.

Our Swim Caps have arrived!! Please pick up your cap at practice. I will also bring them to the meet if you miss them at practice.

Our Swim Meet this week is at Glenn Abbey. It is a 20-25 minute drive. Please try to arrive by 4:30 to get settled before our warm-ups at 4:55.

• Pool Address: 3600 Grey Abbey Drive, Alpharetta, GA 30022
• Parking: They have parking in front of the pool, but it will fill-up quickly. Additional parking will be on the street, but only one side as we have to leave access for emergency vehicles through the neighborhood. There will be “no parking” signs.
• Visitor Bullpen: Our bullpen will be in a roped-off area of the Clubhouse parking lot, and you will go down a set of stairs to access the pool deck. 

• Concessions: Come hungry! They will have BBQ sandwiches, pizza, walking tacos, mac & cheese, and assorted candy and drinks. It is CASH ONLY!

Pictures are this Friday at our pool. We will not have practice on Friday. Please wear your team suit. Individual pictures will start at 8:30 with the team picture set up at 9:00. The order form is attached.
